Overview

ClearyX is seeking to hire a Legal Technologist to support the development, implementation and support of legal technology tools and services. Working with our technology and operations team, the individual in this role will be expected to leverage existing tools and new technologies to craft innovative legal service solutions The ideal candidate will have an interest in technology, strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the solutions development process by engaging with clients, documenting requirements, mapping out processes, and contributing to the development and implementation of solutions
• Promoting the use of existing legal technology platforms, and assisting with the management of these platforms
• Developing a deep understanding of existing processes in order to advise on and support the implementation of legal technology tools
• Managing the progress of client proof of concepts and other projects and regularly updating ClearyX leadership
• Delivering training, presentations and demonstrations to our team and clients

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with legal technology / technology platforms
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in a client success role, preferably in a mid-sized or large law firm environment.
• Experience working in or knowledge of legal industry / practice areas / transaction types
• Experience leading client demonstrations
• Knowledge of the legal technology landscape and market offerings / vendors
• Innovative and creative thinker
• Technical proficiency and mindset
