What will you be doing?
Technology is redefining the legal field and at WBD, we make sure we’re leveraging the right technology to develop and deliver more effective ways of operating. You’ll be working within Technology Transformation team to support our dedicated legal teams and their clients to identify opportunities to use, develop and apply market leading technologies to deliver legal services.
You’ll be responsible for gathering and structuring data from our clients with consideration of working practices; applying the analysis of their processes to find ways in which our technologies can provide sustainable solutions. Our lawyers will look to you to explain how it works, what benefits it will provide and then build the solution to the defined requirements. There’s then the opportunity to stay engaged with the solution, continuously building in enhancements and improving capabilities.
So what are we looking for?
To be successful in this role you’ll need as a minimum:
- A minimum of 1 year experience working within a professional services environment (preferably a law firm).
- Practical experience of one or more of the following Thomson Reuter’s platforms:
- HighQ
- Contract Express
- AI engines such as Luminance, Kira or Document Intelligence.
- Experience of supporting or training others on the use of the above technologies.
- An ideal candidate will have a full working knowledge and experience of the Microsoft 365 suite (preferably including Microsoft Power Apps).
