The first webinar of the Careering Ahead series showcased three consultants who had started their own or co-founded their own consultancies. The focus of the series as a whole is on career-related content relevant to legal operations professionals, or those that aspire to be one. This particular webinar took a deep dive into the considerations required to start up your own consultancy.
We discussed when was the right time and circumstances to start up your own consultancy, as well as when you should consider you have the right skills. It was also great to hear from each of the panellists about their personal journeys into legal ops consultancy – as all of them had come from different directions.
