Role Overview
Introduction to the role:
As Legal Operations Manager, you will focus on driving efficiency and data quality across the Health Business Group through effective performance and financial management, workforce planning and implementation of new and existing technologies to streamline processes.

This role provides the opportunity to join one of the fastest growing business groups of Hill Dickinson. The Healthcare team have been growing year-on-year with a team of over 200 lawyers and national coverage. We are one of the leading law firms providing legal advice and support to the NHS and independent healthcare organisations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coordinate and drive change in the administrative processes for HBG to aid in the delivery of high-quality services.
- Develop and implement strategies for process improvement to streamline legal operations.
- Ensure data quality and hygiene by establishing and maintaining standards and procedures for data management.
- Conduct performance management reviews to assess and enhance staff productivity and service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for improving efficiency in legal processes and implement solutions to achieve operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate legal operations with broader business processes.
- Monitor and report on key operational metrics to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
- To ensure team members use and embrace technology to the fullest.
- Foster an environment of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Implement and manage legal technology solutions to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
