Real estate is at the heart of Eversheds Sutherland’s business and forms approximately a quarter of our firm’s work. We have one of the largest full service real estate teams of any global law practice and consistently ranked in directories worldwide. We apply real estate services to our clients’ needs across the firm’s sectors including Consumer, Financial Services, Education, Energy, Industrials, TMT, Health and Life Sciences and Real Estate.

The business established a dedicated Real Estate Legal Technology & LPM team in 2019, which has grown substantially year-on-year as demand for alternative and innovative delivery models increases.

We are looking for a legal project manager to aid in driving forward our LPM offering for REPG (Real Estate Practice Group), as demand increases. The successful candidate will report in to the Senior Legal Project Manager, working in collaboration with the wider team, Head of Legal Technology, and our lawyers to deliver LPM services on our largest projects.

They will be required to manage complex, multi-disciplinary real estate transactions, working with the lawyers to deliver work on time, to budget, and meeting the project requirements. In addition, the LPM will assist in the specification and implementation of LPM across the firm, to train REPG lawyers in LPM principles, methodology, values and technology and encourage a culture of efficiency, profitability and client service. They will collaborate with the wider network of legal project managers across Eversheds Sutherland, but be directly responsible for LPM delivery in REPG. They will be working closely with lawyers, clients, client relationship partners and central Eversheds Sutherland teams.

Some travel between Eversheds Sutherland offices may be required. The successful candidate will have a high level of autonomy and responsibility to deliver work that supports REPG, Eversheds Sutherland and client goals.
