Exciting brand new role for a legal operations professional, with experience working alongside governance and risk teams, and driving the implementation of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools and processes.⭐️

Please note this is a full-time hybrid role (2 days in London Bridge office).

Previous experience of working within legal teams and driving delivery of CLM is required.

Purpose of the job

As a member of the Legal team, you will take on a broad range of responsibilities, focused on driving efficient and effective delivery of legal services. You will report to the SVP Global Group General Counsel and spearhead the design, management and implementation of strategic initiatives meant to advance the Legal function’s mission.

To begin with, you will be working on an exciting new project, supporting the successful delivery of the DocuSign CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) across global entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a variety of Legal Operations projects and initiatives, including designing and implementing legal technology and process improvement solutions. This will include supporting with the delivery of DocuSign CLM.

• Develop and maintain policies and procedures for the Legal function.

• Proactively identify and incubate initiatives that advance Legal’s strategic priorities around efficiency, simplification, continuous improvement and value creation.

• Implement best practices, automation, and technology solutions to drive efficiency and process improvement.

• Liaise with Legal functional and regional teams to understand challenges and drive coordinated strategy to streamline processes.

Knowledge, skills and experience required

• Experience within in-house legal operations team, working alongside risk and compliance.

• Experience in managing legal projects.

• Basic knowledge of project management practices and tools.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong analytical mindset and ability to recognise trends, report issues and translate data into actionable insights.

• Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication skills, relationship building, and global acumen.
