About the job

The Legal Operations Coordinator serves on the Legal Team. This role works with internal business stakeholders to address onboarding and risk assessment questionnaires from customers, and know-your-client questionnaires from vendors. The Legal Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing Netwrix’s questionnaire response software (Loopio and HyperComply) and customer’s vendor management portals (such as Ariba and Coupa). In this role, the Legal Operations Coordinator interfaces with business partners at all levels and across multiple functions in support of domestic and international business initiatives.

Major Responsibilities

Answer vendor questionnaires from customers and know-your-client questionnaires from vendors, and maintain related repositories.

Manage Netwrix’s questionnaire response software (Loopio and HyperComply), including regular reviews of the database in conjunction with designated department contacts and using the database day-to-day to respond to customer questionnaires.

Managing Netwrix’s accounts in customer’s vendor management portals (such as Ariba and Coupa) and submitting responses in the same.

Liaison with members of Sales, Information Technology, Security, Human Resources, and Finance to improve project efficiency.

Support the Compliance and Governance Team in administration of internal compliance, governance, and risk initiatives.

Partner with in-house counsel and business teams at all levels and across multiple functions to effectively identify and remedy process issues.

Support in-house counsel with compliance and governance projects as needed.

Minimum Qualification Requirements

1+ years’ experience with operations in a medium to large size corporation (software industry preferred)

Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate with legal and business partners at all levels

Extremely organized, thorough, and accurate with excellent attention to detail

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and work streams to meet deadlines

Team player with strong relationship-building skills

Positive attitude with desire and initiative to develop and take on additional responsibilities

Ability to conduct all work in an ethical, honest, professional and confidential manner

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), SharePoint
