A bit about your role
The Business Enablement team within the Legal & Regulatory Group strives to improve business performance across the group by enabling efficient, effective and well-controlled operations. The Legal Enablement Manager will partner with the Legal & Regulatory Group to embed operational disciplines and business process excellence.
You will combine an understanding of the legal and regulatory environment in which nbn operates, innovation, and process optimisation, with an emphasis on delivering innovative and creative solutions and fostering and promoting continuous improvement culture within L&R.
The Legal Enablement Manager is a key role in the nbn Legal & Regulatory Group, responsible for implementing and overseeing risk management and compliance methodologies, as well as managing and supporting projects across a full range of subject matter supported by the Legal & Regulatory Group. A primary responsibility of the role is to identify, drive and sometimes lead, key cross-functional initiatives to deliver end-to-end transformation and improvement outcomes, increasing the effectiveness of Legal & Regulatory activities.
A bit about you
If this role sounds like a good match for you, it’s likely that you will hold relevant administrative or operations experience working in a legal or regulatory environment such as a law firm, in-house practice, an in-house environment, technology vendor or consultancy.
You are capable of preparing and implementing change plans, using a structured methodology and tools. You understand the importance of managing change effectively, demonstrating a positive attitude and resilience in the face of challenges.
You are an exceptional communicator and influencer, with the innate ability to collaborate with stakeholders, building strong partnerships with stakeholders demonstrating the ability to confidently drive decisions, recommendations to improve change management experiences within Legal & Regulatory.
